How is the price calculated?
The total price includes the product cost, service fee (10% of product total, minimum 5,000 KRW), and delivery fee (varies by location). We'll provide a detailed quote before you confirm your order.
What if an item is sold out?
If an item is unavailable, we'll contact you immediately to suggest alternatives or remove it from your order. You'll only pay for items we successfully purchase.
Do you deliver to hotel front desk?
Yes, we deliver directly to your hotel front desk. The hotel staff will hold your package until you check in or pick it up. Please inform us of your hotel name and check-in date.
Is tax refund available?
Tax refund eligibility depends on the total purchase amount and your tourist status. We can provide a tax refund receipt if you meet the requirements. Please inquire when placing your order.
What is your refund policy?
If we cannot fulfill your order, we'll provide a full refund. For order cancellations before we shop, we charge a 20% cancellation fee. Once items are purchased, cancellations are not possible, but we can help you resell items if needed.
